What are the delivery charges?

The delivery charges are based on your location, size and weight of your order.

When you check out you will see your shipping options and costs before payment .

When can I expect my parcel?

Most orders (unless otherwise indicated) are processed within 3-4 working days. For orders shipped within India it takes 3-7 working days until delivery. If you live in a remote area, anticipate a few days more. For international orders please give 10-21 days if sent via registered postal service and 7-10 days for EMS Speed Post. In busy times of the year or in rare occasions registered parcel can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. If you have not received your parcel within this time please contact us so we can help track your parcel for you.

Which countries do you ship to ?

We can ship to any country that has a postal service. All orders are dispatched directly from our offices in India to your postal address so shipping is available worldwide.

Will I be liable for customs charges when I order online?

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of destination. Orders shipped outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Sakhi-Auroville online Store has no control over these charges, nor can predict what they may be.

We require that customers assume all financial risk for their order once it leaves India. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
