Cancellation and Refunds

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation will not be accepted if your order has already been shipped. A cancellation fee of
Rs. 500 or 5% whichever is higher will be charged on orders in the event of cancellation.

RETURNS
Please note that we will only consider returns and refund if the original product you
receive is damaged.
All SAKHI Auroville products go through strict quality checks before they are
shipped. Our products made with natural dyes and eco printed with leaves
and flowers are joyful mysteries and alchemies of nature. Slight variations
in color are natural and are not imperfections.
In the rare case that we have mistakenly shipped a damaged product, please
write to Sakhi@auroville.org.in within 24 hours of receiving the order. A
contact phone number and photos showing damages are to be included in
the email. If we can consider that the product qualifies for return, we will
provide an authorization number.
You should send a copy of the invoice or delivery note and a covering letter indicating
the authorization number, your full account number with the returned goods.
SAKHI Auroville will refund, within 30 days of receipt by SAKHI Auroville of the returned
product, any sums paid, minus the order handling costs. Carriage for the return of the
goods is payable by the purchaser.
No return will be accepted without an authorization number.
